Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
- Processing Time:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–2 business days
- Personalized/Made-to-Order Products: 3–5 business days (may vary by product type and vendor)
- Vendor Fulfilled Products: Usually processed in 2–4 business days (timelines are shown on product pages)
- Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- BYFT Store is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Attempts & Re-Delivery
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If delivery fails due to:
