  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
  • Processing Time:
    • Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–2 business days
    • Personalized/Made-to-Order Products: 3–5 business days (may vary by product type and vendor)
    • Vendor Fulfilled Products: Usually processed in 2–4 business days (timelines are shown on product pages)
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

  • International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • BYFT Store is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Attempts & Re-Delivery

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address or phone number
    • Customer unavailability
      Re-delivery charges may apply.
