Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a Home Delivery service.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Saturdays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the United Arab Emirates. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

Discount Voucher Information

I've received a discount voucher, but the code doesn't work online, why is this?

Please be aware that once you’ve applied the voucher code, it cannot be used again. The coupon should not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-cart coupons will only work if there are items in the cart that are not on sale., so please do not apply it until you’re sure that you’re ready to place and pay for your order.

Most common reasons for promotion codes not working are: being out of date; being applied to products that are not eligible or the set order limit not being reached.

Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery is not available for personalized or made-to-order products. These items are crafted exclusively for you, and we require prepayment to begin processing. You can securely pay using Tabby, CCAvenue, or Stripe at checkout.
