Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases from BYFT Store for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard returns

Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of delivery or collection.

To be eligible, an item must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging, with the original proof of purchase. Product-specific terms shown on the product page or invoice may also apply.

Returns, refunds and return costs

Please contact us with your order number and return request before sending an item back. For non-defective eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. BYFT Store does not charge a restocking fee.

Once an eligible return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method where applicable. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Personalised and made-to-order products

Products made, printed, embroidered, embossed or otherwise personalised to your instructions are not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind.

If a personalised or made-to-order item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described or approved, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with applicable law.

Cancellations and amendments

You may request a cancellation or amendment within 24 hours of placing an order and before processing or shipping begins. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or amendment once processing has started. For personalised or made-to-order products, contact us as soon as possible because production may begin after approval.

Delivery

BYFT Store currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Warranty and support

Any applicable manufacturer, seller or product-specific warranty is stated on the relevant product page or invoice. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply under UAE law.
